Definitions and interpretation

These betting terms govern the operation of Rkgg. The following definitions apply: Rkgg means the operator offering betting services. Client or Player denotes the individual who places bets. Bet means an agreement whereby a stake is placed on a specific Outcome in accordance with the Line published by Rkgg. Line denotes the published list of events, possible outcomes and odds available for a defined period. Bet acceptance occurs when the bet is recorded by the system and the corresponding stake funds are allocated. Outcome refers to a discrete result that may be bet upon. Odds denote the multiplier used to calculate potential winnings. Live bets are bets placed on events as they unfold. Prematch refers to bets placed before the event starts. Event means the sport or competition to which bets pertain. Market signifies a defined wager on a particular outcome. Handicap denotes an adjustment applied to a participant for market balance. Final odds are the settled odds after consideration of event specifics, including postponements or schedule changes.

Bet types

  • Single bet on a single event outcome. The payout equals the stake multiplied by the odds displayed for that outcome.
  • Multiple bet on several independent events. All selections must win for the bet to pay. If any selection loses, the entire multiple is lost. The payout equals the stake multiplied by the product of the odds of all selections.
  • System bet comprises multiple bets of the same size across a predefined set of outcomes. Payouts from each constituent bet are settled separately and summed for total settlement.
  • Conditional bet is a sequence of bets where only the first (main) part is paid, and funds for subsequent parts are drawn from the winnings of the main part. If the main part loses, all conditional bets are lost. If the main part’s winnings are insufficient to settle at least one conditional bet, those conditional bets are excluded from settlement.
  • Same match restriction prohibits including events from the same match in Multiples or Systems. If such inclusion occurs, the bet is refunded. Rkgg reserves the exclusive right to determine whether events are related for purposes of this restriction.

Bet acceptance and Line management

Bets are accepted by Rkgg on the basis of the valid Line published on the site at the moment of bet acceptance. Bets are accepted before the event starts; Live bets may be accepted during the event. Bets on events whose outcome is already known are void and must be returned. Rkgg may modify the Line at any time, including odds, handicaps and limits. Bets placed before changes retain the terms in effect at acceptance. Maximum and minimum bet amounts vary by event and market and may change without notice. Rkgg may impose account restrictions or limit bets on individual events without prior notice.

Bonus balances and wagering

Each account has a real balance and a bonus balance. Real balance is used first for bets; bonus funds are used only when the real balance is zero. Winnings from bonus bets are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements published in the Bonus Rules. Bets placed from the bonus balance that are subsequently converted to real money are not settled under bonus terms. If a client does not wish to use bonus funds, bets may be placed using real funds only. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the available real balance. It is prohibited to place bets on more than one outcome within the same market for a single event while a bonus is active; violation may lead to cancellation of the bonus and all winnings from such bonuses, and may trigger further restrictions.

Live betting

Live bets are accepted on events in progress and only on outcomes with undetermined results. Live odds change in real time, and may rise or fall between the time a bet is selected and accepted. Live bets are settled according to results known at the end of the event, or as reported by official sources. Rkgg may settle Live bets based on its own statistics of event progress where appropriate. Bets on non-participating athletes may be void. Bets on outcomes determined during the event are settled when the event concludes. Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of start, bets on that event may be refunded; bets on outcomes that are not finally determined are settled at odds of 1.

Markets and outcomes

Outcomes are indicated by standard market codes: Team 1 To Win equals 1, Draw equals X, Team 2 To Win equals 2. Combined markets include 1X (Team 1 To Win or Draw), 12 (no draw), and X2 (Draw or Team 2 To Win). Handicap markets apply a numeric adjustment to one side to balance the match; a negative handicap increases the required margin for the selected team to win. The final result after applying the handicap determines settlement. Total refers to the aggregate score, and bets are settled on whether the actual total is over or under the stated value. Correct Score requires the exact final score. HT-FT requires the half-time and full-time results. Other markets include Highest Scoring Period, Time Interval bets and Competitor’s Result bets as described in the Market Rules.

Disputes and settlement

Disputes concerning settlements must be raised within 30 days after the event. Bets on events that do not occur or are not fully concluded may be settled at odds of 1 where applicable. If results are amended after settlement, Rkgg will adjust affected bets through re-settlement as needed.

Eligibility and account use

Participants must meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction and be eligible to participate in online betting under applicable law. Rkgg may block or restrict accounts for violations of the rules, for security reasons, or for the detection of automated betting. Verification and ongoing compliance checks may be conducted at any time.
