These bonus terms govern all promotional offers issued by Rkgg. They apply to any bonus funds and free spins credited to a player's account and outline the rights and obligations of both the operator and the player.
Definitions
- Bonus balance means promotional funds credited to the account that are separate from the real money balance.
- Free spins are promotional spins credited for specific games and may be subject to per spin or per offer limits.
- Wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
- Eligible games are the titles that contribute to wagering; contributions vary by game type and may exclude certain games.
- Promotion eligible deposits are deposits that meet the minimum threshold specified for a particular offer.
- Verification refers to identity checks required prior to withdrawal.
Eligibility
- Players must be aged 18 or older and located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
- Accounts must be in good standing and not subject to any disciplinary measures or bonus abuse.

Activation and Opt In

- To activate a deposit bonus the player must make a qualifying deposit meeting the minimum amount specified for the offer.
- Promotions are available for a limited period and may be limited to one offer per player per calendar month unless stated otherwise.
Wagering and Game Contributions
- Wagering requirements apply to the combined bonus amount and to any free spins winnings as specified for the offer.
- Wagering contributions by game type are as follows: slots 100%, table games 5%, live casino 5%, other games may be excluded or contribute differently as stated in the offer terms.
- Wagering must be completed within the time limit set for the promotion. Time limits are stated in the individual offer terms.
Usage, Time Limits and Expiration
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must be wagered before withdrawal; if the wagering is not completed, the bonus funds may be canceled and any associated winnings voided.
- Free spins winnings are subject to a separate wagering requirement and expire after the period stated in the offer terms.
- When the real money balance is exhausted, bets are deducted from the bonus balance in accordance with the offers terms.
Withdrawal, Cash Outs and Maximums
- Withdrawals of funds derived from bonuses are subject to meeting the wagering requirements and to any per-offer withdrawal caps.
- The operator may impose maximum withdrawal limits on bonus related winnings and require additional verification prior to payout.
Cancellation and Forfeiture
- If the bonus is canceled or wagering requirements are not met, all bonus funds and any winnings arising from those funds may be forfeited.
- Any bets placed with the real money balance prior to using bonus funds are used to fulfill wagering requirements before the bonus funds are applied.
Responsible Gaming and Compliance
- Players must comply with responsible gaming guidelines; deposits and bonuses are to be used for entertainment, not as a means to a guaranteed profit.
- Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that engage in abusive or fraudulent activity related to bonuses.

Rkgg may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with regulatory requirements. The terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes will be addressed in the appropriate jurisdictional forums.
